The Laos, Thailand and Cambodia Brotherhood.- http://www.tlc-brotherhood.org/

The Brotherhood stretched across Thailand, Laos, and Cambodia. We were civilians, military (all branches of service). We were pilots, mechanics, navigators, weathermen, drivers, security police and cooks. We were on or over the front line, on bases you saw on TV and some that few people even knew existed. We fought the war you heard about and the war you didn't. We didn't look for glory or ask for medals, we were called and we went. A lot of us didn't return........

1) I've gotten better results using the aol white pages; most of the time, the first name that popped up was the one I was looking for. I've just located two former NCOICs and three co-workers using that method and only one of them didn't pop up first; he came up second. If you know complete names that works pretty good.

The below is constructed with a number of old photos I have, along with a e-scanner,(and this is created by a lowly WEBTV dude), that tells ahistoric event/s of USAF days of yore. I am aware of the others, Namand Korea sites, in the Sentry Dog field, that exist, but I am sure that others, like myself, have the tools at hand to create something similar. We all had a job to do, and did it well, or else history might of changed. By encouraging others to do something similar with their photos that they have would bring to life our historical past. The subject matter will vary once the artistic challenge is invoked andshould prove to be highly interesting.Bells and Whistles should be discouraged as they tend to take away from the subject at hand. Airmen should be encouraged to tell their story "asthey lived it" and not rely on hi-tech bull----.

Thanks for putting up with this "old airman's gripes". Jesse Cox. Ret TSGT, 55 to 75 AD.

You might be interested in a new web site I am building. It is dedicated to the former Freeman Field, Camp Atterbury, Bakalar AFB, the units and people who served there, and the three museums. I would appreciate any comments or links that you might provide. It contains a very large amount of history of the Seymour, Columbus and Edinburgh, Indiana areas.

Of special note is the 71st Special Operations Squadron, a reserve unit activated in 1968 and sent to Vietnam with AC-119G gunships. Incidently, we can not locate a good picture of an AC-119G gunship. Any help will be appreciated.

View it at http://www.shelbynet.net/~usaf71stsos
